Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email  your order is on the way, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Delivery Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

• We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to make changes once the order is shipped.

• If your item arrives damaged, you must notify me within 2 days of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damage and cooperate with any steps required to file an insurance claim. Failure to report the issue within this timeframe may result in the denial of a refund.
